Tire Pressure Predictor — Account and Use Terms

Provider and scope

Tire Pressure Predictor is provided by Luca Villa, operating MotorsportSoftware. Contact: support@motorsportsoftware.com. These terms concern TPP account access and use. Before a paid purchase, Sales supplies the applicable offer and seller details, price, taxes, duration and cancellation or refund conditions. Creating an account does not place a paid order or authorise automatic renewal. These account terms do not replace the information and rights applicable to a paid purchase.

Personal accounts and access

Use an email address you control, complete the required verification and protect your password. Each personal account permits one active desktop session at a time. A confirmed takeover replaces the previous session. Separate licensed seats are for separate people, even where an original purchase used one owner's email; account credentials should not be shared to combine those seats.

Eligible new verified accounts receive a 180-day trial starting when email verification is completed. Creating duplicate accounts to repeat the introductory trial is not permitted. Paid access begins and expires as stated in the applicable order or account record.

An activated legacy licence can be migrated after the required ownership checks. Its original expiry is preserved; remaining periods are not added together and a trial is not added to the legacy duration. Expired licences can be migrated for read-only access. Licences never activated and subsequently removed do not provide a migration entitlement; their holders can register a new account under the then-current registration rules.

Full access can continue offline for up to 30 days after successful online validation, without extending the underlying access expiry. After that window, saved work remains available in read-only mode unless an access denial or another account restriction requires sign-in. A server denial, revoked access, invalid account scope or changed session can require an online sign-in. Once access expires, read-only functions allow consultation and permitted exports or backups; editing, processing, restore/import and creation of new Mobile shares require full access. Read-only access does not mean that future online services are guaranteed indefinitely.

Your data and sharing

You retain your rights in the telemetry and other content you supply. You are responsible for having permission to process and share third-party data, including personal names. Keep suitable independent backups. Switching accounts does not combine their local workspaces.

Mobile sharing is optional and uploads the chosen content for anyone who holds the link. New account links expire after 24 hours and can be revoked; access can also stop when the account loses qualifying access. Revocation cannot remove a copy already saved by a recipient. Do not place content in a share unless its recipients may receive it.

The Privacy Notice at Privacy Notice explains account records, diagnostics, usage measurement, providers and rights. Marketing consent is optional and separate from acceptance of these terms.

Calculations and responsible use

TPP supplies estimates based on the inputs and historical data provided. Results can be affected by incomplete data, sensor quality, weather, equipment and operating conditions. Check the output against actual measurements, tyre manufacturer instructions and applicable sporting rules before making an operational decision. The responsible engineer and team remain responsible for their decisions; the application does not certify that a proposed pressure is safe or compliant.

Do not misuse the service, bypass access checks, attack other accounts, or upload unlawful content. Reasonable action may be taken to address abuse or security incidents; contact support if you believe a restriction or licence decision is incorrect.

Updates, referrals and changes

Updates may correct defects, change compatibility or introduce account features. Download installers and updates only from the official TPP download sources, and maintain backups before upgrading. The app's update behaviour is described in the interface.

Referral benefits follow the published programme rules at Referral Programme Rules. A verified registration alone does not earn a credit. Sales verifies eligible annual purchases and confirms the amount of any discount before it is applied. Credits have no cash value.

We record the version of these terms associated with your registration or migration and communicate material changes where required. Contact support about access problems, service complaints or questions about these terms. Applicable mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected; nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy where the law does not permit that exclusion or limitation.
